Lim Pisoth on his contract extension: I want to be a legend at Phnom Penh Crown

Phn0m Penh៖ Lim Pisoth commits his future to Phnom Penh Crown as he signs a long-term contract that keeps him at the Phnom Penh side till 2024, with the young striker insisting he wants to be a legend at Phnom Penh Crown.
The striker was promoted from Phnom Penh Crown Academy to the first team in 2018, but made his senior debut last season during a 5-0 victory over Electricite Du Cambodge as he also scored on his Metfone Cambodian League debut.
“For me, it’s a great moment. I feel very happy to sign a contract extension at Phnom Penh Crown,” the 19-year-old striker told camsports.org.
“It’s an easy decision for me to stay here. I grew up here, and the club have helped me a lot. I have trained here since I was a kid. I love the club, and it’s always a dream to play for this club.
“I want to help the club as much as I can and win trophies with Phnom Penh Crown. If possible, I really want to be a legend at Phnom Penh Crown. It’s the club I love. I have trained here to play football, so I am always grateful to the club.
“I get a lot of experience from the first team. Now I am much more mature, and I can play with full of confidence as I always receive good advice from the experienced players. This season, I will try my best, and hopefully I can improve and play better.”
